Chef Michael Rednak joined The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in July 2022 as a member of the Indaco Charlotte crew, and is currently leading the soon-to-open Indaco Greenville location as Chef de Cuisine. At Indaco, Rednak’s creativity and passion for his craft shines through each and every one of his dishes.
Previously, Rednak served as Executive Sous Chef at Husk Barbeque in Greenville, SC, before making the move to Asheville, NC as Executive Sous Chef of elevated neighborhood restaurant Avenue M. As a seasoned culinary professional with more than ten years of experience, Rednak expertly maneuvers all aspects of the kitchen, from menu development and ordering to team management and operations.
Finding beauty in “keeping it simple,” Rednak believes in delivering great dishes with consistency and quality. When he’s not in the kitchen, he enjoys spending time with his dogs, finding a great coffee shop or slice of pizza, and traveling with his girlfriend.
